Went in because of "get 3 free items." After purchasing well beyond the requirements to get" 3 free" , I was told the choice of free items was only batteries. Ok, I get 3 packages. The clerk said you can only have 1. I showed her the email that shows 3 free. She says maybe I can get you 2 free. I said no ,there's going to be 3. She says take it then . I told her to ring it up, as I'm not going to be chased by the police for stealing. She finally rang it up and I left. Horrible experience! I won't go back to Miami Oklahoma Harbor Freight!
