THEY LOST MY PACKAGE- CONTAINMENTS WERE WORTH OVER $1000 AND THEY HAVE YET TO REPLACE IT!! THEY CLAIM "IT WAS LOST" YOU HAVE TO WIAT *7* DAYS BEFORE THEY "WILL CALL YOU BACK* , AND THEN NEVER CALL. THEN THWY CLOSE YOUR CASE WOTHOUT TELLING YOU. ONCE THEY RECEIVE YOUR PHONE CALL AGAIN, THEN THEY MAKE *YOU* "FILE A CLAIM ONLINE & WAIT *ANOTHER* 7 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE THEY *CLAIM* THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK! THEY FAIL TO OFFER WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO TO RESOLVE *THEIR MISTAKE* IN A TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I AM HIGHLY DIS-SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. #DONOTEVERRECOMMEND!
