I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman that helped me cuz he was truly was the epitome of the customer service experience every company would want. He was polite and knowledgeable, educating me on options and what was best for what I was looking for all while making the small talk I've come to love about shopping in a small town.

It was horrible. I spent $75. To the upgrade moto stylus. The man with batman ring lol charged my bank account $82. Three times telling me it didn't go through.So I then pulled out another card and paid again. This was last Thursday. I called customer service and store . They kept telling me they don't see ANY charges let alone the one I had actual paper receipt.Thry refused to release my money ... It overdraft my bank account , $25. For each transaction. Finally today they released it back. So put of the $256. They put hold on I ended up with $40. Now you tell me how this is even possible.? I now am in jeopardy of losing my electric bill. You need to make this right.

Some one was training on system. But she did great. I was very happy with the service I was provided. Only took 10 minutes and was all done. Great employee

Well in the past a friend of mine had some online open applications and could not get the other free government phone services to close out her account no matter how much she would call them and still to this day she can't get a government phone through easy wireless.

I was having a lot of trouble with my old phone. Which caused me to lose my ACP because I wasn't able to us it. I went to the store two or three time. Everytime I went they said it was fixed but it wasn't so I just delt with it. But now I have lost my ACP program. I am disabled and can't do much so yes I used a lot of internet. It gave me something to do other than stare at the walls or the tv. I have a different phone now so hopefully it will work and I can get the ACP back.

I have not had any problems with my current phone. I have had some calls drop out at some locations, but very few.

There is a gentleman named Mike that works at this location. He is one of two people from this location that actually will assist the customer for the customer. I cannot remember the lady's name but she worked the tent. Mike literally sat there with me for what seemed like forever (multiple days) just to make sure I was taken care of. Mike went above and beyond for me making sure i got everything accomplished with as little headache as possible. Thank you Mike! Your peers could learn a thing or two from you!
