This is the absolute worst bank I have EVER banked with. Jackie is the rudest, snobbiest customer service representative I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Customer service at this bank as a whole is ridiculous!!! Not to mention, they closed my account 2 days before my income tax check was supposed to be deposited due to a SERVICE CHARGE and sent my return back after we spoke with someone one day before it was supposed to hit and they told us we could pick up a check and it wouldn't be returned. I do not recommend going through this bank for anything!!!

Nice bank but they seem to be unable to employ tellers. Daily they will have two tellers working, with one stuck on the phone, trying to handle a full drive-through and Lobby. You would think college educated bank supervisors could figure this out.Local management? Been there, done that.

I've never been with a bank that takes care of me as well as they have. Brice did an awesome job taking care of some issues for me for something that wasn't even their fault. Highly recommend.
