Drive-thru wait is ridiculous! Only one person working drive-thru and walk-ins. Didn't acknowledge us or nothing

Nice bank but they seem to be unable to employ tellers. Daily they will have two tellers working, with one stuck on the phone, trying to handle a full drive-through and Lobby. You would think college educated bank supervisors could figure this out.Local management? Been there, done that.
