I stopped in to get my battery charged because it died on me my truck and I get a charge for a few minutes back to 9 V that was it and my truck didn’t even make it to where I needed to Ashanti till it went out again and then I was charged five dollars to charge my truck when AutoZone and O’Reillys don’t even do that not even the auto parts store you know I guess there’s no such thing you know was being good decent people anymore somebody’s always gotta get something out of something

asked to run a diagnostic and they wanted $80 for less than a minute every other napa or other auto parts they will do it for you glad they are selling will revise after they sell

Purchased apart here, they gave me the wrong part and would not take it back. It was only $12, I found the part elsewhere installed it myself and took my truck back up to this location to get the check engine light reset, and they said it would take two weeks. Terrible customer service, the place is for sale, I can tell why it's for sale. NAPA should revoke their name and franchise.

Replaced my battery here. Friendly as ever and great quick service for a walk in. 15-20min and I was back on the road. the price did feel a bit steep but can't be 100% as I did not seek a 2nd opinion. I have heard in the past that my battery wasnt exactly standard and ran a bit more and this could of contributed to what I considered inflated cost. Overall, kick a** job. Would do it again.
