Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever dealt with. Very very unprofessional. Doesn’t answer the phone during business hours. Tried to say that we supposedly payed cash when we had bank statements stating we paid them with a card. Also tried to say that we moved in and out in the same day?!??? Please someone tell me if that makes sense at all. And then, because she didn’t keep track of any records she supposedly thought that we hadn’t been using the storage unit for 4 months, but never thought to herself “Hey maybe I should go check on that unit since I don’t have the keys to it and I thought they moved out” Then charged our card without saying anything to us about it and when I called her out on it there was no apology or admittance of wrong doing, she just said “I changed the amount, are you going to turn the keys in” PLEASE choose somewhere else to put your belongings because this place obviously will not keep track of them at all. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM

Pretty awful business practices! On several occasions they have cashed our checks then said they never got them! Bank statements got everything cleared up however, why should I have to go though so much work to prove that you deposited my check!
