Thanks to Mary, Medicine Park now has a post office that is friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. She does all she can do (legally) to provide outstanding service.

Our postal person, Mary, is the friendliest, most efficient and helpful postal clerk we have had in Medicine Park since I moved here 10 years ago. She is very good at her job and always a pleasure to speak with. We are blessed to have this quality person in our post office.

The hours of operation for the Postal Service is ridiculous. I’ve tried calling to talk with someone about a package. I cannot get anyone on the phone. If I had control over it, I would not use USPS again.

The stand alone post office closed in 2019. A note on front door indicates at least some postal services are available at a large restaurant a block or two away. (One-star rating just to be able to post about the location closing. Never found a mailbox, which was all I was really looking for).

I wish we wouldn't need USPS services. Unfortunatly we depend on standard mail services. We have had so many problems with the new staff. The young girl is lazy and the other woman is rude. Not Medicine Park worthy.

First of all the hours are incorrect on Google, on the door they are 8-12:00. The female that works there is not very helpful and acts like your bothering her if you ask a question (rude). Just really hard to get customer service now days! This is one reason the post offices are failing and ups and FedEx will take over this service.
