TW: Discovery Outpost is an extension of the International Association of Creation. While it does sell unique science kits and things like rock tumblers, the literature the store sells is written from the perspective of Creationism, which frames science around a particular sect of evangelical beliefs. TW for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ shoppers as books sold, such as One Race, One Blood for Kids by Ken Ham, may invalidate and even try to erase their humanity and experience.

Such a cute little shop. The gentleman working in there was very kind with my kiddos in there. His sharing about the items we were interested in was apart of the adventure.

Ok ok ok... I have one HUGE complaint about this place...
YOU CAN NOT LEAVE EMPTY HANDED!!! It's impossible. My family and I try, though. Go for the atmosphere and the people, leave with more than you needed.

This is an amazing little store in Medicine Park. Great products and prices. They approach science from a fun way. The owners are also very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a must stop when in Medicine Park.

What a wonderful shop! We have visited Medicine Park so many times and had never seen this delightful establishment. The toys and books are amazing and we wish we lived closer to be able to participate in many of the educational workshops they offer. The proprietor is a kind and compassionate man and I highly recommend this shop!

Truly a most wonderful place. We love visiting Discovery Outpost as often as we can. Kind and knowledgeable staff and owners. Love their books! It's so hard going in without picking up a fun educational product for the kids or anyone in the family, young or old. A must stop for anyone going through Medicine Park! Can't wait til my next visit!

I love this book/toy store! They have such a great variety of classic toys. The owners are amazing people who make everyone feel like they are family! Oh and did I mention they have books that teach creation science, how awesome is that! I think anyone would thoroughly enjoy spending time at discovery outpost and don’t forget to ask about the funventures!
