Colleen was truly amazing, she made our anniversary special. She a wonderful host who makes you feel at home and like you have known her forever. The room was clean and her breakfast was so good. She take pride in her B&B, the grounds were beautiful and she knew the local history. We can't wait to see her and stay again.

We loved everything about The Blue Eyed Coyote. Colleen the owner is a wonderful host and she sat and talked over breakfast and coffee like we had been friends for years!!! What a fantastic place!! We stayed in the roadrunner suite upstairs and it was comfy, furnished well, cold a/c, kitchen in the suite, as well as a gas grill, and charcoal grill!! Hiking trail on location!!

We took a last minute getaway and this place is a jewel! Colleen is a lovely, down to Earth lady! She made us a wonderful breakfast with fresh eggs from her chickens, waffles and homemade fruit syrup! Definitely will be back!

I have stayed in all the spaces available at the historic Blue Eyed Coyote multiple times. The breakfast is always amazing and Colleen is a generous host. The house is over a century old and located close to everything. Love being able to access the trail system from the back yard.

I removed and clear the brush and trees along the driveway. The owner was very friendly and polite and the rooms are awesome, just like home warm and cozy. Thanks BnB for everything. Your a true blessing.

Colleen went above and beyond in making sure we were well accommodated! she left treats on the table with flowers and candles for our early valentines day get-away! She let us use the jacuzzi tub for a couple hours before bed and it was extremely relaxing! The breakfast she cooked was absolutely delicious and was all homemade. she has free range chickens which she uses the eggs from to make part of breakfast. she has been a host for over 20 years and definitely knows how to make the place feel welcoming and like home! We will be back and stay here again when we come to the mountains again. Thanks again!!!!

Colleen is the perfect hostess! She thinks of everything from coffee and filters to water in the dog's bowl to lots of dishes, silverware, and glasses, to plenty of fluffy towels and shampoo! The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast delicious and elegant, and the location peaceful but close to the lakes, wildlife refuge and Fort Sill. Just an ideal bnb and I will definitely stay with Colleen again.

I guess she thinks of absolutely everything, as others have mentioned. I will be staying here through the holidays and I not only have a decorated Christmas tree in my bunkhouse, but the Christmas stocking, that was hung with care, has my initial on it! Haha. Top that!
