Everything you could ask for from a small town bank. I've had accounts here for most of my life, even since I've moved away from Medford. You'll get a more personal banking experience than you would with larger banks, and you won't be placed on a long hold or have your call re-directed 5 times if you need to reach someone. They get the job done and they are never too busy.

Called and spoke with Carla, was super rude. Definitely needs to learn some phone etiquette. Usually when you ask questions you are expecting a decent professional response. Not a “ok what do you want” or when you say have a great day your response is yeah ok and hangs up on you. First impressions always makes the biggest impacts and thanks to her “customer service” I would not recommend anyone banking here.
