They replaced water pump and timing belt on my daughter's rav 4. When we picked car up, Bud informed us that the burglar alarm would now not work. We also discovered that the horn, keyless entry and auto lock did not work. He admitted that it worked when he picked car up but refused to fix it because car was old. He unhooked alarm so car would start. He said it was not his fault.
