I took my timex indiglow for a new battery and it now has a big chip out of the crystal. The people are friendly.The location is good , but my watch is still broken.

I went in to see if they could work on my son’s gold chain and pendant. I was greeted warmly and professionally. I had expected to drop it off and return to pick up, to my delight they could do the work while I waited! So excited to have a wonderful jeweler and business here in McAlester! The items that they have on display are gorgeous, I’ll be back as some things caught my eye! Thank you again.

I brought in a sterling silver ring that had been squished out of shape. They had it rounded back out in less than a minute and didn’t charge me for the trouble. I’ll definitely be back!

Discovered last week my eyeglass rim holding a lens had become detached from the frame. My glass provider couldn't do anything so they referred me to this business. I called they said they'd see me right away.So 25 minutes later I was in the store they looked at them real quickly then put them down I was like oh boy this is not a good sign. He said nope me looking at it quickly is a good thing. 20 minutes later I'm walking out with my glasses repaired so thank you so much.
