Absolutely worst pharmacy service I’ve ever experienced! They refuse to give me my medication, after giving it to me 2 days early for the last 4 months because they told me they don’t do that and then proceeded to tell me that they don’t know who gave me my medication early but I’ve been “lucky” and then told me they’re going to call my doctor and talk to her about getting my medication switched to a different pharmacy. This is the most inexcusable behavior I’ve ever experienced from what is supposed to be a professional establishment. Find people who ACTUALLY want to help other people and then hire them because as of right now there’s nobody down there like that.

Been coming here for 5+ years for prescriptions. Most of the pharmacy staff has been nice and helpful. The cashiers in the main store however are rude. Especially the older, bigger woman that runs the register in the front of the store. She's been hateful to me every single time I've dealt with her. I will come in to pick up online photo orders every now and then and I'll start to tell her the size of the photos to help her look for them and every time she will yell "WHATS THE NAME" so I'll start to say my first name and she will cut me off before I can even say my last name. I cannot stand dealing with her.

Called to see if they had a med I needed in stock the woman was very very rude then tell me all about there rules I just ask if it in stock didn't need her smart mouth remarks one day there going to be rude and run there mouths to the wrong person then they may learn some respect you have no customers for a reason you think corporate pick up on this hope they end up closing

I'd like to give much thanks to the cashier working the front on (1/29) that recognized I was in a lot of physical pain as I stood and waited and waited and waited for what looked like the manager and another employee to even acknowledge my presence so I could simply ask them a question on wait time to pick up my 2 pieces of paper sitting on the printer while they helped 2 other guests and then were obviously and intentionally ignoring me, and then turning their backs. While I get that they have to manage orders, it only takes a second to at the very least acknowledge someone. If it were not for that cashier, this review would be a lot different.

Horrible customer service and rude!! Will never be back. Just went in there to get an ankle brace for 30 dollars. Decided to take it back because I found one cheaper and smaller at Walmart. I was back within 45 minutes to return it to get my money back and I had the receipt. They would not give me money back because they couldn’t scan the bar code on the receipt because it was a little faded. It is not my fault that their printer is messed up and printing off receipts that u can’t read! They still should have given me my money back regardless cause I did have the receipt and I was in there within an hour to return it.. but they refused too!!

I was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful these flowers were. I bought two bouquets for a birthday and put them together. They stayed alive and healthy for a good time, too!

The McAlester Walgreens’s Pharmacy Technician’s motto should be ‘Hire the Handicapped, They’re fun to watch’. There are few words that can be used to describe the low end, ill-educated, backward, incompetent barnyard bunch. Unfortunately they have given the keys to the nuthouse to the nuts. They play games with customer’s medication- which make them dangerous. From delaying filling rx’s, to refusing to accept responsibility to outright lying. They are like dealing with a rag-tag, high school drama club- unprofessional, unfortunate, pathetic. This staff shouldn’t be trusted to handle anything that has to do with a patients well being. Take your business to another pharmacy.

I was just in there and I bought a item that was 6 dollars and paid with a 20$ But the clerk which I will also add was very rude only gave me $8.25 and when I went to grab my receipt which she did not hand to me she just took it and threw it away I did not get the right change so check your change before you leave
