Beware of their customer service. I just got yelled at for typing my phone number incorrectly (for my customer rewards card) and for not putting my credit card in the machine correctly.

Never really impressed with this place mostly due to the people who usually work there. Especially pharmacy... They really lack customer service skills.

For once, they had my meds ready for pick up. They usually make people wait some times, hours for they're order. I feel like they need more staff in the pharmacy. They seem over whelmed with work, most of the time. They need more staff to fill pharmacy orders. They are definitely over worked and need help.

Terrible! Wait 45 minutes in the drive through (inside pharmacy is closed) for them to tell me they don’t have one of my prescriptions. The app tells me both are ready for pickup but they don’t care, they assured me they only had the one. I call the dr and the dr said they called and both prescriptions are ready for pickup. Now I have to go back and wait again! I will not be back after this. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this. I’m done.

I have to be at work by 8am. Seems though the website says open at 7am, they aren’t. More then a few times with me. Can’t leave work to go back and closed when getting off. But they will put meds back if not picked up. Smh

RUDE they will lie to you! They have so called store policies when they don't wish to help . There about as bad as CVC . Well close but not that bad . But there trying to be for dam sure.
