The worst!!!Employees are rude, condescending, and untruthful.I'd be embarrassed as a company to have this type of person representing me and your high expectations.I will be doing more investigating into other moving companies from now on.U-Haul has let their usually high standards drop and people ( your consumers ) are noticing.

I recently rented a truck and trailer there and had to adjust the pickup time they were very professional and pleasant to deal with because they understood it was out of of my control. Then we finally got moved and as I was pulling the truck up to be the front door to unload the truck developed engine problems. I will not go into details but they went out of their way to make it right for me. I had rented from them in the past and will again if I need moving equipment. They are awesome people and will definitely treat you right. I highly recommend them. Something I rarely do .
