“Recently installed a lift kit ourselves and had new tires put on. The “other” shop was supposed to balance and align the jeep after they put the new tires on. We got it back and it was not right. We called ABC tire. They got us in the next day. Had us fixed up and lined out all the problems. Very reasonable pricing. “Don Sloat will always take care of you. Sometimes, he comes off rudely, but it is usually not meant that way. If it happens, it is when he is super busy, and he is just trying to take care of everyone speedily. Feels like rushing sometimes, but again, it isn't meant to be rude. I have been doing business here my whole life because my dad worked for him as a service manager for 14 years as I was growing up.”

“Patrick saved our vacation! We had a tire on our RV blow out on our way from Houston to Kansas City. Our insurance company’s roadside assistance program couldn’t find anyone to help us! We started calling around ourselves looking for help and fortunately someone gave us Patrick’s name and phone number. Patrick came out and in just a few minutes had us on our way. Unfortunately, a few miles down the road, we had ANOTHER blow out (obviously we had a tire problem). It was now getting late, and help was nowhere to be found. Out of desperation we called Patrick. He came to our rescue with 5 fresh tires and in about a half hour had all 4 tires and a spare mounted and replaced. Without Patrick, I don’t know what we would have done. I’d rate Patrick with 10 stars if I could! Thank you Patrick for saving our vacation!!”
