“Patrick with Dowless Service Co. is one of the last honest and hard working mobile mechanics that I know. I had a situation yesterday where my valve stem cracked and with my sensors, I was able to pull over and save the tire but upon calling Geico, they could not find ANYONE in the area to help so I started calling myself. About the 3rd call was to Patrick and not only did he say he could help, showed up in less than 30 minutes, fully equipped. He proceeded to change out the valve stem for me and replaced the rubber one with a steel one as he said he wouldn't be surprised if more went. He gave me 3 additional valve stems to switch out when I could. about 3 hours an 180 miles later, another one cracked and fortunately I was able to make it to a station where they changed the other 3 over to the steel that he gave me. I will forever be grateful to Patrick and Dowless for that type of service and if I'm ever in the McAlester, OK area and need service, there is NO question who I will call. I highly recommend Patrick and Dowless Service Co!!!”
