The staff was really really rude. I stood in line and waited....and waited...and waited...and they just ignored me while they talked to each other and a customer they knew. There was a Spanish speaking customer who was also ahead of me and the man helping him was being really rude to him because he didn't soak English well. When I was finally helped (nobody actually asked what I needed, I just had to insert myself at the counter), they didn't have what I needed. Didn't even apologise for my wait. Even though there's a woman working behind the counter, I felt like I was ignored because I'm a woman and not a regular customer there. With service like that, I won't easily go back. I had been in there before and there was a really nice man, named Ben, who was very helpful, but he wasn't there today and my experience was vastly different than when I dealt with him. McClain's is always helpful. I'll go there from now on.
