Bought some shoes, that didn't even last a whole two days before they started falling apart. They won't do a return on them just because they look dirty. 0/10 customer service, definitely wouldn't suggest buying shoes from here

I do like Ross stores. And I'd rate this one higher if it had a better selection of men's clothing. I've been in twice and couldn't find one item worth buying in the clothing part of the store. I ended up getting some things from the housewares section, but I was disappointed at the low stock here. Especially for XL and 2XL sizes.
