We have trusted Patton Vet and his team with our pets for years. They are a caring and knowledgeable staff. They offer many services and products. Dr. Walker has seen most of my odd ball pets and dealt with all of the strange ailments and allergies we have brought through their doors. Thanks Pattons !

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I have to give a fair warning that this place killed 2 of my cats. One who went in for a simple fixing, the other who went in to have her babies removed. They both died of internal bleeding, 1 to 2 days after their surgery. The emergency fee to just SEE them and decide if they could keep them alive is 200$! I know deaths will always happen, but this place has too many deaths for simple things.

Been going here since last year, have always had a great experience until our last visit on 7/31/24. My pittie mix, Dottie was freaking out about being on the large scale that rises up. I was holding her as best as i could so she could get a nail trim. The lady didnt even trim all of her nails, yet, i was still charged the full price. While im over here trying to wrestle with my pup to be still, I was getting the literal blood clawed out of my side. It wasn't until she got me good and I screamed out a bad word, did one of the assistants come in to help and of course she went to my 14lb beagle mix for his nail trim. Such help! Then, the lady who always checks us out took a five minute phone call as I stood there trying to get the hell out of there because Dottie was still freaking out. This one bad experience just ruined it for me. I don't know who they hired that's new but, they are not like the usual assistants. These new ones apparently don't wanna help at all.

Dr. Patton and his team went above and beyond for me today. I was traveling through McAlester with my dog who became violently car sick and needed emergency care. When I called, they immediately agreed to see my dog, did a through exam to assess his illness and needs, helped clean him up and carried him to my car for me, even though he wasn't in the best condition. I was able to get home without any further illness. Thank you so much for the care and emergency visit!!!

Dr Walker is a talented and insightful veterinarian. He correctly diagnosed our Chihuahua as being overmedicated after treatment by another veterinarian who almost killed him.
Additionally, Dr Walker is very friendly and listens carefully to his clients and his patients both. I highly recommend this clinic and especially Dr Walker.
Patton veterinary clinic also provides boarding services, where they take great care of our pet, at rates that are below reasonable.
