They call themselves “Pet Paradise”, but for us it was more like HELL! If you’re looking for a safe place to board your beloved pet while you’re away, well look further as this is NOT the place. Few months back we trusted this place with our baby boy. When we picked him up from there, it was straight to the hospital and not home, where he underwent a very painful and costly surgery ($2,200.00). Despite my daily calls to check on him while we were gone for 3 days, all I got was he’s doing fine when clearly he was not. He was in distress and his issue was never addressed or brought to a Vet’s attention which they guaranteed they had. No pet parent should pick up their baby wet, terrified, fetid and with a broken spirit... I wouldn’t trust this place and would NEVER recommend them to anybody as they’ve failed to do what they’ve been paid for! To add to that the place is not clean and their customer service is very poor. I regret every minute!

A friend recommended Pet Paradise in Naples, after searching for a while for a place to leave our dog during our vacation. Being the first time ever, we were nervous about it. We were able to see him on camera and the staff were truly dedicated and caring. They took care of our baby as if he was their own. We definitely would leave him again and would recommend them to others. Thank you to all the chaperones! We love Pet Paradise!!! ??

Amazing groomer. Does so well and we have been going there for years. Accommodates pets so well and also and also has a nice boarding area. If you are from the area this is the place to go to.

We picked up our cat Ally today and I know she loved it! She's very shy around new people but we were able to watch the cameras and saw the employees petting her and trying to play with her. We loved being able to watch the cameras and see how she was doing! Also the employees didn't mind checking on her whenever we called, which was quite a bit since this was our first time boarding her. They were so nice and caring to our Ally and us! We will most definitely be bringing her back!

Teri and the crew at Pet Paradise are wonderful. They have taken care of our dogs for nearly a decade and we have never had to worry while on vacation. That peace of mind is priceless.
