Came from Texas to buy a vehicle. Not every car dealership is like this, this is the first time I ever had such serviceWhen I got there, all the car salesman were huddled in the front of the dealership like a murder of crows. When we finally met up with our guy, he was texting the whole time in the back seat during the test drive. In the middle of the ride, the airbag service warning came on and our guy told us that he would get his guys to fix it. On top of that, the battery in the key fob was out, again, he said he’d get his guys to fix it.We only talked to our car salesman (Daniel) and some random finance guy (Steve). Which is astonishing to me because the whole communication prior was with a guy named Blake who by the way, gave me different numbers and “locked me in” for a certain rate… lies… No explanation was given no matter how hard I pressed. Also, the general manager mentioned he would come out to meet us… never even saw the guy.Fair warning, if you plan on “haggling” make sure you DONT SIGN A THING.Daniel failed to mention that the first paper we signed “locked” us in. Crazy to me because all it was was a picture of the car I was wanting to purchase. Steve was the guy that mentioned that part to me. Also, as I was signing away my life, he was rushing me to get on with the next part. Sorry guy, I actually like to read what I’m signing. After signing my life away, I was left with a sour taste in my mouth. The whole process was pretty unprofessional. Oh and did I mention that when I asked Daniel if he got the airbags serviced and the key fob battery changed he said “Oh, my bad, you can go to any CDJ dealership to get that done.”Thank you so much for that.If I hadn’t already given them the title to my car, and didn’t have to wrangle my husband from going off, I would’ve just high tailed it on out of there. To sum it all up, BUYERS BEWARE, sure they have a nice lot, but they are vultures.Haven’t heard from them since I drove off the lot. (Of course) Lesson learned.

There are several reviews other than this was showing that sales people lie in order to make the sale In addition, the dealership manager, Shane, has no people skills. Avoid this dealership.

Patriot stepped up to help us when the local public ev charging station would not charge our Tesla. We have a Jeep Gladiator Willys, at home and naturally thought about finding a Jeep dealer for assistance. Jay, in service, volunteered the charging station to help us get back on the road. Thanks again!Jimmy Weese

This dealership lied from the begging to end I wanted to purchase a car and got my loan approved and they said come and look at it and I told them I was 3.5 hours away and I asked them if there was anything wrong with the car that I didn't want it to leave me stranded on my way back and they said it runs fine so I drove the 3.5 hours to the dealership just to find out that the transmission needed replaced so I told then that why didn't they tell me when I asked and all they did started to point fi ngers at each other what a joke. Please run away from this dealership it's bad business

BLUF: (Bottom Line Up Front) Deceptive practices by the managers. came out to McAlester from Oklahoma city based on Bently's ad for a 2017 Ford Focus with 47k miles for $6900. I asked if there were any issues, clean title etc. He told me no and couldn't bring it up to OKC. I asked if it had more than 1 key but couldn't respond until he was at the iffice. He gave me a phone # and apparently connected me to a sales guy Nick. I didn't realize the phone # he provided was to a different person.I drove 2.5 hrs to MacAlester and were met by Nick. We walked over to the car and it only had 1 key. Nick started the car and stepped out. It sounded weird and had several dents and even some rust spots. When I asked about the engine noise, he said it needed an oil pump and that was between $700-$1000 repair. I was flabbergasted because I was prepped to drive it home. The car shut off by itself within of 3 minutes of sitting idle. Nick stated that he tells everyone that calls about it, but I guarantee that he didn't tell me or I wouldn't have wasted my whole Friday evening coming to this place.I know he wants to make a sale, but that leaves a very sour taste in your mouth and you have lost the trust. He tried to get me a Cadillac but you have already burnt the bridge. We basically walked away empty handed. They should change the name from Patriot Auto Group to ScamArtist Car Sales. There is a sign inside that says that if you give them a 5 star review, you may win a $1000. Let's be honest... you will not get anything

Caleb Wallace is employed here part of the homeless camps that recently moved into the area started snatching purses out of peoples bags in the area along with dangerous driving and firearms being let off in the proximity of children. This should not be tolerated in this area or any area. dangerous driving drunk is absolutely not something that should be happening and to have a perpetrator of this crime work for a vehicle company is a sick joke. Jamie Harris is the one doing the thefts and works over at union stockyards.

Hard to get a call back. Not up front. Bad Pricing. Buyer beware. I'm from the McAlester area and will drive to Tulsa next time. Don't like the sales tactics.

So, here I am, pre-approved for the below 2022 Dodge Charger R/T Stock# DM22083 (also listed as a "Special Offer" on their website), and call just to find out that the advertisement was nothing more than click-bait, period. The biggest example is how their so-called "Dealer Discount" is dishonest. Look at the example below, then call them and hear how they deceptively came up with the numbers for yourselves.CAVEAT: Although the below categories may seem separate, some are not. Call, ask, and hear it all for yourselves.2022 Dodge Charger R/T - Stock# DM22083 - VIN: 2C3CDXCT3NH193378Exterior/Interior Color - Granite/BlackMSRP - $53,445Patriot Discount - $6,445Patriot Price - $47,0002022 Dodge National Retail Bonus Cash 22CNA1 - $2,000You Save - $8,445AVAILABLE SPECIALS (Only applicable if one finances with them WITH a trade-in)Finance Rebate - $1,500Trade Assistance - $2,000PS: Patriot's Dealer Doc Fee is $499.95, which the GM (the gentleman identified himself as such), stated that Patriot's Dealer Doc Fee was among the lowest 20% in the nation. Again, dishonest. When I challenged the self-identified "GM" on this, he wished me a good day and hung up.Hence, buyers beware.UPDATE: Since writing the above review, Patriot has removed the "Special Offer" banner on the Charger, but the numbers are still the same.

Waited around 3.5 hours because I decided to wait for my SUV to be detailed. When my SUV was finished it looked great. Inside was wiped down all over, floor boards clean, and even the outside was washed. Super great job if you need a cleaning. Definitely take their advice and have it dropped off tho. :)

I contacted Patriot Auto on a vehicle that was advertised on craiglist. I was contacted by their salesman (Wade) and made arrangements to go down and take a look at the vehicle. I was a little uneasy about the truck but was told over and over by Wade that the vehicle had been checked out by their service department and if there was anything wrong with it, they would have put the vehicle on the wholesale lot. My mistake was trusting what was told to me by what I thought was a reputable dealership. When vehicle was driven back to Tulsa from Mcalester, I started having issues with the truck. I have since spent thousands on the repairs and was told by two different shops that I had look at it.....they knew there were issues because they had been into the problem and had even cleared all the codes on the truck to make sure no buyer could easily find the problem. Just be careful when dealing with this dealership. I have no way of know if Wade knew of the problems or was taking what was told to him as the truth so I can't put this on him but someone at this dealership knew what was going on and hid it to get this vehicle sold. The correction has cost me months and thousands of dollars. BEWARE.To make matters worse, they ran the check for my down payment earlier than they were supposed to and I had to contact my banker to make sure it was corrected. He had put a stop pay on the original check and issued a bank check and sent to them. They contacted me to let me know they were going to take some type of action against me but of course....did not. I am sure this was after the bank had sent them their payment in full. Just not a good way to treat their customers.
