Amazing people.
Will be bringing my car back.
They found another issue with my friend in and instead of keeping it from me and then charging me they let me know up front what was going on and I just needed to pay for the part which was amazing the ladies up front are amazing

I was helped quickly when my Nissan flased a red light at me saying engine maintenance now. Called ok tire, got right in. He used monitor device & problem was solved--my gas cap was loose! Didn't charge me anything! Thank u, OK Tire--u got my business from now on!

I've been going ok tire for around 20 years.There quick and honest. Besides quality work.
One of their mechanics also came to my rescue. I was broke down and stranded overnight. I couldn't get a log note. Went back to the shop when he was supposed to be starting work. Got his tools come back fix it didn't charge me. So I highly recommend these guys And Ladies, They Go out of their way.
To keep you on the road. So I highly recommend O k tire,

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Impressive that they didn't just swap tires and charge... They inspected and found the problem. Service is rare these days, but you still get it here.

The older office lady is a completely rude and disrespectful to customers. She “diagnosed” my car instead of having a mechanic look at it and said I just needed new front tires so when I brought it back and had a different mechanic actually look at it she glared at me from the office the entire time because I couldn’t be a quick buck for them

Tony is a hero. I was visiting McAlister area and when one of my tires left me on side of road. He saw us and didn’t hesitate to help. Very curious for that I recommend this place
