Vehicle that I bought from toliver in for leak in the roof quoted 2000 just to pull headliner down to look for leak . Brakes stoped working on the road with family in car was told there was no problem then it was oh there was a code stored . No fix none of the work covered by the extended warranty that the sales team assured me covered everything before charging me 5000 dollars for .then they charged 1000 dollars to change a windshield washer pump that was bad from date of purchase .all this only took two whole weeks without lonar car call backs or explinations

Carolyn was exceptionally helpful in guiding me through the purchase of my first car, a 2012 Honda Civic. She was very honest and transparent about the sales process, which put me at ease. At no point did I feel pressured or taken advantage of. I appreciated the opportunity to take the car for a test drive, and I found it to be in excellent condition with low mileage.
Eric did a great job finalizing all of the paperwork. I was impressed that all documents were signed digitally on an iPad with an Apple Pencil, showcasing some impressive innovation in this area.
Although I didn't interact with Mark, the sales manager, very much, the few times I did, he was friendly and had a great personality.
Overall, I had a fantastic buying experience at Toliver's. The team made the process as easy and stress-free as possible, and I'm very happy with my purchase. Thank you to everyone at Toliver's!

I held off leaving a negative review because my salesman Greg did a great job, but that is the only thing positive I can say about this dealership or my experience with them. My finance portion of the transaction took forever, he actually stopped in the middle of mine and processed another client while I waited. Them when he finally got back to me, he still hadn't answered a question that he had about an hour before. On top of that he tried to change the price of my vehicle and when I asked him about it he tried to explain to me why his price was correct, and another finance person had to come in and correct it, this second person had to step in a few times to fix mistakes the first guy was making. The thing that pushed me to leave this review is the fact that all during the financing portion the guy kept asking for my physical address, I repeatedly told him not to mail anything to this address and it had to be mailed to my P.O. Box. He said he understood and assured me that he would handle it. Well, here we are a month later and I still haven't received my paperwork. I called the dealer and guess what, they mailed the paperwork to my physical address. Now I have to wait for the paperwork to be returned to them before they can mail it back to me. Absolutely ridiculous, this was hands down the worst experience I have had buying a vehicle in a long time!!

I thought I would leave a great review. Theirs an awesome young woman named Cassie. I met today who happens to be the service manager. She was upbeat, had a bubbly personality, accommodating and vibrant. Her professionalism was through the roof. Not to mention she briefed me about the service I needed and the timing. Got me in and out in a timely matter. This was a great experience for me, I had never been there before. She earned this review. I hope this helps her get a raise and recognition. She's special an amazing young lady. She kept it short, sweet and brief. Even saw another issue that she offered to help out with at no charge. She earned 1000 cool points with me. DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, GO IN IF YOU NEED TO AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. GOD BLESS HER I WISH HER THE VERY BEST...

This has been the worst experience in my life. They had my car for 3 weeks and I payed 1300 dollars for something simple like a fuel pump. I never had my phone calls returned. I stressed the whole time it should never be this way

On the way from Fort Worth to Fayetteville Thursday afternoon for a family wedding, my suburban overheated. Cassie and Bobby made it possible for us to get towed to this dealership, find a car rental, they ordered the parts and worked on their day off so we could pick up my car on the way back through on Saturday. Great service! Highly recommend using this service station!
