I will say these are the rudest people I have ever met in my entire life. Elaine M and Rick Cloud refused me service and told me they would not sell me anything while I was pulling out my ID, mind you I am of age to buy what I needed. I will not be going back.

A road trip took me through McAlester, OK. I use another app "Fuel Buddy" to check fuel prices when in unfamiliar areas. Murphy won the price war....but that's about it. Murphy is associated with WalMart. They have various configurations, but most are like this location; Man locked in a glass box, snacks and drinks outside within eyeshot of man locked in glass box, 4-6 fuel islands, no restrooms. In contrast, there is a Murphy located in North Dallas co-branded/co-located with Sam's fuel. If you have a Sam's card, swipe it & pay a lower price. That location has an indoor shopping area & restrooms....same price for everyone ;-) Not that I've done this, but there's a Taco Bell with restrooms in the same lot.

I frequently go to the Murphy gas station in front of Walmart. In McAlester. I have had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful person named ,Leah. She is one of the best people I've ever met. Professionally and personally. Leah always takes the time to deal with my confusion or fast paced questioning. I've seen her handle difficult people with such class while allowing the customer to retain their dignity. This caring young Lady deserves an award of the highest merit. Walmart is fortunate to have her.

The only reason I stop here is because it's Wal Mart gas. I can use my Wal Mart card and get 5-10 cents off a gallon. The exit off the freeway is a pain in the a*** The pumps are at an angle that makes it a cluster to get in and out. There's no where to walk your dog. The snacks are all but non-existant. So if you want to use your Wal Mart card and save a few pennies a a gallon, this is your place along this part of 69.
