After severe hail damage, they made my trucks paint come alive again. I had to wait a while due to a lot of claims, but McCullars went above and beyond and we are excited about the outcome. And without even asking them they installed some custom parts I had on the front bumper.

It took 6 months for them to fix my car, when I dropped my car off they said they would be able to fix it without charging me the deductible but I guess after 6 months of dragging their feet things changed but the car looks ok yeah just ok. You would think after 6 months and almost 14k they could’ve at least cleaned it

Company takes in too much work and falls behind schedule. My vehicle was thrown behind schedule and I was not notified. I have to call for updates myself. I was treated on the phone like they were doing me a favor. I was also told to do it myself if I thought I could do it better... Very unprofessional. All this for trying to find out why it would take an additional week to finish. All I can say is that if it was not for insurance dictating who does the work, they probably would not get as much business. I would not take a anything there if I had the choice.

They were excellent to deal with handled estimate, worked with insurance company. Done super good repairs 2014 Dodgeram 3500 and kept me informed on parts arrival and when truck would be finished best folks to work with...5 star rating....thanks....Service: Body & Trim

6 my vehicle was destroyed and I took it to mikkeller Motorsports and Gerald Harmon the technician in the body side was the very most efficient inexperienced body man in the entire shop and everything that happened in my vehicle was amazing

Not only were they unable to fix it, had to pay for a new windshield as well. to add insult, was out of town and could not pick up the car from the lot even though I has already paid the bill so they had the car towed. Cost me an additional $325.00 FOR NOTHING!! Car not even fixed. Worst expierence ever bar none. Hope it was worth it to y'all.
