A delivery truck was in Sallisaw Oklahoma and was driving unsafe making turns in front of vehicle making them to have to slam on there brakes. I haven’t been to their business to give it a fair score so I will give you three . Deduct the two for that driver.

Called Mann's around 2:00 today to see if they could deliver an arrangement for a 6:00 pm visitation tonight. They ask how much I wanted to spend, I said $100.00. The picture is the arrangement that had our name on it at the church. I am so disappointed in Mann's. I'll never use them again and I will tell family and friends in McAlester not to use them.

I tried to put in an order but the man on the phone lacked any and all customer service skills and seemed to love giving smug responses. This is not the kind of business that I want handling something that is supposed to be special. After reading the previous review by Stacey K, I can COMPLETELY support Stacey's claim that the "man was completely rude and degrading". I later found much better service from Helen at Town & Country Floral and also Angela from Pruett's Grocery (floral department).

Best customer service I've received in a while! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I have bought plants at another nursery in McAlester the past two years and the information I received was either not correct or the plant isn't what it should be. I have both a crape myrtle and wisteria tree with no blooms! I will only be purchasing from Mann's from now on. I don't know that people realize what a great place this is, you need to visit this store!

The owner and older woman working there are highly rude and disrespectful. Yesterday, my husband and I were driving by and noticed a help wanted sign. Seeing as I am looking for a job and have years of experience in horticulture, I decided to apply. Upon approaching the owner, inquiring about the position he stated while shaking his head, I would not be hired there. He had no information regarding my history. This man is very rude and degrading. If you are looking for work I would advise you to go elsewhere. I withdrew my resume and will not be shopping here. There are many other businesses to obtain your gardening needs. This is not the place to go.
