I was in Hibbett yesterday and one of the employees, I believe his name was Collin, was a huge help. I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a long time.Thanks again Collin for going out of your way and helping me with a smile on your face!

I selected a women’s shoe because the sticker price on the shoe was $60. When I went to the register to check out, it rang up for $148.00. The Clerk said that the sale ) had ended the day before. I feel like the store should have still honored the price since they did not remove the sticker. I course still bought the shoes because my child needed them urgently. However, I was not very happy with hibbets.

I wish they had a better hat selection. The hats they have now look like hand me downs. Hats that other stores didn't want. Bring back a variety of hats. Snapbacks, fitted etc. Not only hats that are trendy but matching.Me personally if I buy a shirt, it's possible I will be the hats. And those ugly shoes are over priced. You're the only real shoe store here that's the only reason people go there. Why don't you take a survey or ask customers what shoe would they like to see in there. Give customer's an experience that makes them come back at least once a month. The employees are always friendly but could be more upbeat. Maybe add music or speakers for them to play music.

Most horrible service in the world, the workers were very rude and didnt want to help us we literally had to go ask them to find shoes in back we will not be back. Oh and we still walked out without shoes why spend money there, who wants to support laziness. Thanks
