Just moved here. They transferred all our prescriptions from another state. Travis was great! Called me to make sure of my dosage times and even packaged our meds by dosage! Made customers out of us

Customer of 6+ years, recently switched my family to another pharmacy. Over the course of the last 2 years I’ve dealt with too many mistakes, too much condescension and rudeness, and a plethora of unnecessary delays not related to insurance preauth, doctor approval, or medication shortages. Delays brought entirely because of their poor coordination/communication on medication refills.In the past, I referred patients exclusively to Wood’s. But with the unfortunate decline of standards and quality of service, I can’t see myself doing that again or ever returning. I take no joy in this decision or in writing this post. This really used to be the best pharmacy in McAlester.

ONLY pharmacy I'll go to!! Their fast if your THERE they will actually fill yours first, Walgreens will make you wait like an hour! And their cheapest around!!

Woods has a very clean, comfortable feel. The employee's are more like family. I've never had to wait or stand in line too long. I like so much more than my last drug store, walgreens!

We're going to switch ! Too many mistakes. 3 months ago they mixed up my husbands meds with mine. Then they almost sent me home with someone else's meds. Luckily I caught it before I left. This month my husband needed to refill and they failed to tell us that he had no refills left. (Even though his last bottle says otherwise) The drive-thru is pointless since you sit there for 20+ minutes. DONE !!!!!

I just moved to McAlester. The staff at Woods helped me transfer all of my prescriptions from my old pharmacy. They were helpful and friendly. It’s easy to see that they value their customers!

I needed to get two prescriptions refilled. I tried callingI tried calling them in for 3 days in a row. Their line stayed busy all day, every day. I transferred to another pharmacy.

The store was closed and the drive thru was the only thing opened and the line was enormous I waited at least 45 minutes and they still didn't have my prescription on time when I showed up

Service was fast and it only took 15 min for them to fill the medications. I called them in over the phone and when I arrived 15 min later they were ready, no line, and I was out the door! And on a Saturday at that, right before an early closing time (they close at noon on Saturdays and I didn't even call until 11:20)! They really do try to go above and beyond for their customers which is what I love.

I love woods pharmacy they are my number 1 choice in Mcalester they are always kind and quick i recommend woods to everyone i know.
