Call customer service of course get someone that doesn't speak English. I hate automated systems. Delivery guy pulls up in driveway gets out looks through boxes. Leaves without leaving my package.

I went to three FEDEX stores before finally finding this place. I needed to send back my AT&T modem. When I walked into the store there were three very tentive employees all eager to help me get my equip. shipped out. I told them my aggrevation with the amount of time it took me to find a FEDEX store that could help me. They apologized although, in my opinion, this is the fault of AT&T - they should tell customers that only certain locations take unboxed equipment. Anyway - I must say that this was my most fun FEDEX experience I have ever had. The team was playful with one another, which I appreciate a good team that has fun at work but still gets the job done. They were eager to help and attentive to their customer. They were all very polite - which is rare these days. Overall, I cant wait to ship something out again and I will never go to another FEDEX as long as I shall live...in Lake Mary. Please send my best wishes for a great New Year to this awesome crew.

Needed to do a return on a package with prepaid return postage. First, I had to sit in the parking lot for 10 minutes because the doors were locked at 4:20 PM. I did everything correctly, but they told me they couldn't accept it because of the contents. Nothing in the return instructions indicated it couldn't be accepted at certain locations but, apparently, I need to go all the way to Longwood just to ship a package. Hey, FedEx, either accept all of them, or none of them. This selective BS doesn't work for those of us with things to do and having to pick up the slack for people unwilling to do actual work.

Matthew, the manager, was extremely kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to get our scan job done. He is an amazing employee/manager and a great asset to this company. His service was 11/10. We will definitely be using FedEx office in the future. This is the best location we have been to!

Great location. Drop off spot for prepaid FedEx return labels. Also a pick up spot for deliveries if you're not home and miss the delivery, you can opt to have it dropped off here at no charge. You can also ship via FedEx here. Bigger items are cheaper by ground here versus the post office. Lots of business related stuff can be done here- business cards, posters, copies, etc. so if you're trying to ship something, sometimes you gotta wait for the one employee to finish helping another customer. So it's not great if you're in a pinch for time. Small parking lot, but designated spots for this shop. Serves it's purpose.

I went to print some wedding stationary there after having issues with the print job at Staples. Shawn took care of me and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer even though we had just met. He ensured that I was satisfied with my products before leaving the store and assessed well if I needed more help. He just merely did his job which isn't too difficult to begin with, but I appreciated that he did it well. 5/5 for being a decent employee and a commendable person to aid me when I was in need. Other print stores nearby didn't nearly take my printing needs as seriously and honestly sometimes it may have just been printing notes or something small and quick, but other I felt like Shawn took it upon himself to make sure that regardless of the issue being big or small, he was ready to give me a solution.
