I was in the store today trying to get a green dot card to make my car payment, and I just wanted to leave a review for the manager that helped me, Jacob. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay with the card, and was beyond patient with me and my squirming and loud one year old. He really showed kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. I cannot thank him enough, truly. This was far and away the best customer service interaction I’ve had in McAlester. Thank you again Jacob!
