Just left ez-mart will not be returning manager on duty was rude to the training employee, rude to the customers, refused to give service been going to the store for 10 years now and will never go back the manager on duty needs to be retrained in customer service would like to say a lot more about the incidents that happened but I won’t waste my time

Would not accept a federally recognized ID to purchase tobacco. Said this ID is no good here. Stated company policy is to scan a state issued ID. Company policy does not trump federal law. Plan to speak to our tribal council on this. Will escalate further if need be. Discrimination.

This store is a joke it’s supposed to be 24 hours a day but for some reason unlike any of the other stores this store shuts down for almost 2 hours at night to clean and restock lol the employees ain’t doing nothing but sleeping
