They won't let me use my cash app as a card for auto pay tho employee says she used hers. It said accepted then she ran it again said it wouldn't work. Liars they are horrible and even tho service is good their customer service is not.

I went in today and got phone service and a new phone!! Faith helped me out and she was literally the best. She was so helpful and very sweet. I love my new phone service and my husband loves his new phone! I will definitely be keeping this service! Thank you faith for the awesome customer service!

Clark was amazing! simply amazing!After getting zero help through Chat support and not being able to get a live person on the phone for over two hours when calling 611, I was literally so frustrated I was about to change my service provider after being loyal customer for over four years!The saving grace was Clark, who immediately understood what I was trying to accomplish and was more than willing to help facilitate and accommodate my needs.Great job, Clark!
