Rented a storage unit from them for a couple of months. Nice people, easy going. You can always call them and they always call you or text you back. They bill you by mailing an invoice to you, there is no online bill pay. They have an office on site, and you could also pay them there too. You bring your own lock, the storage units use a latch that takes the usual padlock, combination lock, or disc lock. If you plan to drive a trailer into this place, it can be tricky navigating through the driveways if you have a long trailer. The driveways are all gravel, and in the back part of the storage facility there are a lot of puddles after rains. The storage units appear to all stay dry, however.
