Very poor customer service, have 3 overhead doors needing hung but refused to to hang since I didn't buy from them. I'm a retired builder and purchased several garage doors from them through the years, where's Dennis when you need him. Kids have ran that place in the ground

We went in on a Friday to get an estimate for a kitchen window. Left all information with kid at front counter, was told we'd get an estimate Monday. I called Wednesday. I called again the following Thursday.It's now been 4 w e e k s and I have not heard a Thing back from Cathey's. They apparently make so much $$, they don't need customers anymore! Just sad.

I had to run here twice in 2 days LOL a good buddy of mine needed a pool pump so I had to track one down and they had one the last one but they had it! And then I had to come back for the suction filter lid and they had it in stock yay go Cathy & Associates! The guys that working there are pretty dang helpful there is a free 30-foot suction hose, after discounting slightly the pump! My friend was a happy guy

We had our siding and garage door replaced a few years ago and they were very professional and timely. More importantly, we had problems with our garage door a few days ago (due to power outage) and they came the SAME day we called for repairs. Once again, they were timely and professional and helpful!!! This is something sort of rare to find in Mcalester! Thanks so much! Please Cathey and Associates continue this work ethic!
