My first experience with Casey's was in 2006 when I moved from McAlester to Indiana. When I moved back to McAlester I was happy to find a Casey's store because of the great experiences I had with them elsewhere. I don't use the store in McAlester often because it is in a part of town I seldom travel. I noticed lately the standards I enjoyed in Casey's stores are no longer prevalent. I noticed there a constant turn over in employees and the appearance of the store is below par; parking lot not clean, items stacked everywhere and employees acting like they don't have a clue what they are supposed be doing. Their use of numbers to pick up food is a joke, if I'm the only one in line why do I need a number, especially when you don't call out the number when the order is complete? Also, Casey's selection of sandwiches are no longer palatable.
I have been told the standards of the store located in the town I lived in in Indiana have fallen as well. I feel Casey's has expanded so fast the past few years the things that made them a great place to shop are no longer part of the corporate culture.

I would not even rate this store. It is a 0 stars. A man was in the women’s restrooom. I will not be back. The cashier was very rude. That is disgusting to let a man in the women’s restroom. Horrible experience. Have some common sense people. I felt violated and disturbed. ?????

I believe hard work and determination shouldn’t go unnoticed! Steven is the definition of a man you would want as an employee! He was very nice and super helpful, deserving of a raise or promotion!

Gas pump didn't stop when tank was full and is charging me for many gallons that went direct to the ground. Casey's refuses to do anything to refund me or even put a sign on the pump to help others avoid the issue

Advertises gas at 10¢ cheaper than surrounding stations, but only has working pumps for gas that is 10¢ more than surrounding stations. Seems duplicitous.

My wife works like a half mile away from this store..so when She's at work I run to the store for her get her chocolate milk and snacks...I also get all my gas here because of the flex fuel lot cheaper run in my truck...i do a lot of business here and I'm up here several times a day...today I was here in the am..getting my wife something drink on way taking her to work..I came back later got some fuel and more chocolate milk for her..this evening after picking her up from work stopped by store again.. I am former military so I am always very aware of my surroundings..it's just the training that always is natural I was aware an employee long blond hair woman followed me out the store while on her phone.. I do not believe she was at work because I saw her there this morning..she Looked like she's trying to get my tag number..I stop and she is coming over to my vehicle.. My wife is telling me to go , but I want to know what is going on.. I asked her nicely if there is a problem. Which she rudely replied back with attitude..why is there a problem? I asked her.I don't know it seems like you were following me... Which she replies.You have been sitting at the store all day long u were here when I left this morning and you are still here when I came back now.. I tell her you are mistaken.I come to the store several times a day.I just came here now.I'm leaving again this is like my 4th time here today... She tells me.I'm no longer welcome at the store and she leave... I told her she needs to check the surveillance cameras before accusing me of being there all day.. Trust me I have better things to do with my time than to sit there all day doing nothing... With all the business I do at the store and all the money I spend there.This is a shock to me as a loyal longtime customer ... What she did was very rude and unprofessional I will be filling a formal complaint with corporate... This is no way to accuse and orn treat a customer without proof ..surveillance cameras will show I am in the right and she is wrong...

Short haired older lady cashier is always, extremely rude. She acts like she's pissed the minute you walk up, every time. If your that unhappy find another job please.

This was the absolute worse caseys I have been to gas wad 3.55 across the street and every where else it was 2.90ish they also had no pizza or anything in the cases

Just hosted a Casey's convention in Kansas City and all the owners/GM's were raving about service excellence, orderly stores, and the fresh pizzas. There were a total of 7 associates in store, manager sitting in office clicking around on the computer aimlessly 1 person stocking shelves, 1 handling the register with the rest just kinda zoning out. Took about 5-10 for someone to recognize I wanted to order something as I stood in the order station. They needed my number which I've never needed to offer a number anywhere but since it's my first visit I went along with it. I can in just before noon and just about the whole grab and go food was empty or appeared visibly old. After 30 minutes of waiting I finally inquired about my order which was sitting off to the side getting cold. I got an apology which was appreciated, but I'm still perplexed about why I needed to give a phone number if no one messaged or call when it was complete.
Parking: This location is off a very busy intersection, lots of through traffic and had plenty of parking in front and back of store.

Filthy restrooms, trash overflowing inside and out, slowest pumps ever. Half the pumps were out of service and the line inside was a mile long. Worst Casey's Ive ever seen.

Bathrooms were disgusting and had just been mopped. Out of paper towels. Seemed like they just hosed it down or something it was flooded. It reeked of urine. I can smell the urine on my Hey Dudes in the car and I’m about to throw them out at the next stop :(. Compared to Buc-ees that was a construction site porta potty. Both trash cans outside were overflowing with trash and couldn’t be used. Only 1 slice of pizza available but I would never eat the food from this location.

this place needs to get their pumps looked at. i only use E88 and the pumps have been so insanely slow it’s unreal. took me half an hour to pump 20 bucks
