This group of people in McAlester are the best! They respond quickly, always professional, they follow through with what they promise! Blackburn Plumbing & Air came recommended to us by friends. We called them to have our plumbing and AC looked at; it's certainly very cool they can do all that. The plumbing team first came within the hour of calling them, got the plumbing looked at, and told me the exact root of the problem - it was an AC issue. They had their AC technicians come look at the issue within minutes, and got everything fixed. Their team exceeded all my expectations with their professional service and knowledge. They didn't try to squeeze in hidden services or surprises during their work, something I really liked about them. The technician team was super helpful and able to quickly diagnose and resolve all the issues. I appreciate the attention to detail they put into getting the work done and explaining what they were doing throughout the process. I recommend Blackburn for their professional knowledge and fair pricing to anyone needing plumbing or AC services. A well deserved 5/5.

I received excellent service. I was called before my scheduled appointment to ensure that I was home and to tell me that the service tech was on his way. The guy got there quickly and was probably early. He listened as I described the problem and then went about checking out my A/C unit and confirmed that it was as I thought. He fixed the problems with the condensation line then checked the unit thoroughly to make sure there was no other problems or damage. He worked quickly and got my central air up and running fast. If I ever have problems with my A/C again I will for sure call them again.
