These days it's hard to find anyone in this industry that wants to work or is helpful in any capacity, but Bemac isn't like any other company I've dealt with. They are the complete package when it comes to hvac and plumbing suppliers. Outstanding customer service, exceptional parts, and some of the quickest lead times in the state. I worked directly with Chad Meadows and he took care of me like I was family. He was knowledgable, quick, and customer service oriented. Fast and friendly service. The employees great you with a smile and are pretty knowledgeable about what you may need , if described right. My job had a pump go out, it was old and possibly outdated. I went to one guy there. He knew exactly what I needed even though the serial number was faded. It's always fun, the guys out front and ladies behind the desk make it a great experience every time. Try it for yourself.

The Capacitor on my outdoor AC went bad, I called and asked if they had it, wasn't sure what information they needed for reference but they helped me find it over the phone. They had about a dozen in stock and I asked if I brought the old one could we check it before buying a new one and they said yes. I brought my multimeter just in case and showed them what I needed and they went and got a meter to verify that it was bad and confirmed it. Capacitor was 28 dollars, much less than what I thought the repair was going to cost, I was there for less than 10 mins and drove off with confidence that I had all I needed and was able to get it back up and running. I was very happy about the whole experience, especially since it was resolved before it hit 100 degrees.
