Im a trucker in from out of town and needed a place to work out during a 34 hour reset . All i can say is super impressed. Unlike big city gyms with 50 treadmills and no squat racks, this gym was packed wall to wall with free weights, functional machines and friendly people. Thank you??

Awesome gym with an awesome, knowledgeable owner! They are intentional to create a comfortable environment for everyone. They make everyone feel welcome. A great place to reach any fitness goal for all ages.I was in town from the east coast and the owner went out of his way to get me a guest pass and let me into the gym on a Sunday afternoon.

My son and I just recently signed up for a membership for this gym. I would highly recommend it, not only because of the equipment and cleanliness but the environment as well. When we called the owner was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He made sure to throughly explain everything and walk us through steps signing up and letting us back in even afterwards when my son left his phone. Even after we ended up calling him a total of 4 times that day, he still was polite and understanding. The people we did come encounter with when we went seemed friendly, we didn't feel judgment or out of place. This is what a gym should feel like when you enter it, no matter starting out or a professional body builder. Iv been to 3 other gyms in Mcalester over last 2-3 years off and on, and I will say we will definitely be sticking with this one permanently. 5 stars across the board all around

Brandy and Richard and Kris are awesome! The dance fitness and muscle mania classes are great! I recommend this gym for everyone no matter what level of fitness you are at! They are super nice and helpful and are always there with encouragement and a helping hand. I am so glad I decided to come here!

The people who work here are nice and from the local town McAlester. They strive to keep the entire place clean and the natural air flow of the place you don't have to worry about getting sick there. Would recommend people to check it out :)
