Was previously a great bank a few years ago, now they are no different than any other corporate bank, but with lack of technology, I haven’t been able to do a mobile deposit for almost a year so I guess I’ll have to start putting it in another bank

I have had nothing but problems from this bank for over a year now . If you're new to this area do not bank here. I have lived here for 62 years. This bank is the worst bank I have done business with in all my banking years!

People that work customer service inside banc will tell you that any money you deposit thru atm weither cash or check will be available instantly... WELL THATS A LIE WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT THIS WEEK

Nice home town feel with larger bank options. They have served us right since we moved to Oklahoma 10 years ago. They do not surprise you with fees. They will help you to ensure you are financially stable. The loans there have good rates.

Can't stand coming here. To even cash a $20 check I had to wait for them to go around to the back for 5 minutes and then make a phone call. Seems as if even the most simple task requires going through so many obstacles and red tape. I don't get why anyone would willingly choose to use this bank when you could just use the bank na.

I've been banking here for 10 years and ask to borrow money for the first time to get a new truck and felt like I was a criminal. you would think after so many years they might be a little more hospitable with their customers. I get a little flyer every time I draw out money through the teller line asking me if I want a loan..?.. puzzling...
