I visited your establishment at 4:50 PM on July 27, 2024, to inquire about getting a blower motor installed or, alternatively, purchasing one and borrowing a tool set for installation. The lady at the front desk scoffed at my request, making me feel demeaned and unwelcome. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I took my business elsewhere and successfully obtained the blower motor. You might want to consider treating potential customers with more respect in the future.

Dustin is both an amazing employee and human being. Not only did he Greet me pleasantly but helped me save a little money through a promotion on oil/filters and took the time to go grab all my products while having me grab the cleaning supplies I was getting! If I could leave ten stars I would. Customer service/knowledge was superb!

Always great customer service with a couple of exceptions, mainly the long-haired manager who thinks he knows everything there is to know about vehicles just because he has been there a long time. He was extremely rude to me because I didn't feel like explaining myself as to why I wanted a marine deep cycle instead of marine starting. When I shut him down, he threw a fit and walked to the back, hollering that he was done because he told me they are both deep cycle. I, of course, know this, but I wanted the deep cycle battery instead of the dual purpose starting battery because it has more amp hours of use and I was making a battery bank for my inverters. So he stopped to the back like a child, and the regular employee apologized for the manager that I think should be FIRED. I gave 5 stars because everyone else is always kind to me even when they are super busy.

My girlfriend and I needed a last minute battery change for our road trip stop in McAlester and went to Autozone. They were AMAZING. Specifically Dustin. He was extremely personable and engaging with us while also knowing exactly what to do. He was efficient in every aspect of the battery installation and turned our days around with his positive attitude. Autozone has a great manager in Dustin here.
