“Excellent service!! I was traveling to town from Texas and had a tire that was losing air. I was on a limited timeline to get to a meeting and they were fast and efficient! My tire was patched and I was back on the road within 30 minutes! The employees were super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!”

“I brought my ‘13 F150 in to Barlow in Feb ‘24 to run a 100k mile inspection and to diagnose a grinding noise that started (of course) right before I needed to hit the highway for Texas. When I came by, the Barlow team had a full lot and garage—clearly they weren’t hurting for business. I was sure it would be 2+ weeks before they saw me. Nope! They committed to working on the truck within a few short days and honored their word. The diagnosis was rough but not surprising given my job—new wheel hub and bearing assembly, CV axle shaft replacement, new water pump. Again, I assumed the worst—I was about to be out thousands of bucks. Again, nope! The Barlow team took care of me for what I feel was a very reasonable price. Throughout all of this, the whole team was communicative and a genuine pleasure to chat with. God willing, I won’t need a mechanic again any time soon…but when I do, I’ll be back at Barlow.”
“On our trip just before New Year's weekend, we had a leak in our tire that was getting progressively worse. We stopped here to see if they could get us fixed up and back on the road quickly, which they did. It was an excellent experience: fast service and very friendly people. “We were coming from Houston TX to Missouri. We broke down in Joplin. The shop supposedly fixed our problem so we headed back to Texas. We got to McAlester and broke down again the hose the shop fixed was not properly fastened it was midnight and nothing was opened so we slept in our car till morning. We walked to every auto parts no one had anything. Sherman's was your last hope. Tommy was not in yet but explained to Kerrie that we were stuck with 3 children she took our name and number. About 20 mins later we got a call that Tommy had something that might work. He came to where we at and got it to work and back on the road. I was amazed after all the no's we got all morning from everyone else finally we got a yes let's see what we can do. I highly recommend Sherman's Import Tek. I have never had a shop care the way Tommy and Kerrie did and they went above and beyond. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart”

I called and talked to a mechanic at The Anchor and we discussed what could be wrong and a ballpark figure of what it would cost. Today they had the problem fixed, turbo waste gate stuck open. the price was less than half of what I was expecting, and car runs like new! I definitely will use them for all my cars in the future !!”

“We have a wonderful citizen in our community who deserves this five star rating and THEN some! I dropped my car off this morning, excited to have the oil pan gasket replaced by the end of the day and fully expected to pay hundreds of dollars.Within a short time I received a phone call from the owner, Jeremy. “You don’t have a defective oil pan at all. The leak is coming from the oil filter. It wasn’t turned all the way. If they aren’t tight, they can leak. We fixed it. No charge. You’re all set!”What??!! THIS dear man could have charged me for an oil pan gasket repair and I wouldn’t have known the difference! I was astonished.Jeremy, what you did was honorable and memorable and you’ve JUST won ANOTHER loyal customer and cheering fan.
