Don't bother in this store I've been put on hold for more than 30 mins 7 separate times now trying to get them to answer a question about one of their products that I'll now be returning and moving to a new carrier good job mcalester employees for showing me what at&t is all about .

These people are total lying upselling thieves. Tried to buy a new SIM card for pre pay because Walmart had none, to which they say do not sell and/ or refuse to sell you a new SIM card for prepay service. Lie one- my iPhone 6 wont work. This is a Huge lie to try to rope us in to buying some new thousand something dollar phones. My phone works absolutely perfectly fine and DOES have voice lte (VoLte) since 3g was done away with in February or so of this year. I go online to the att website and I purchased prepay that will mail me SIM cards and yes my iPhone 6 was ✅ compatible.The other lie was saying that the prepay service vs postpay service is some different quality and that prepay will not work anywhere. We were condescendingly told it definitely wont work at our house unless we went with their offering. It is not true , in fact online it is literally said that weather you choose prepay or postpay you can count on the same exact quality of service and reliability when you make a phone call or use your data or send a text ! Sure maybe there aren’t as many features but prepay phone doesn’t work any better or worse when making a phone call or browsing the internet. All we need is two 5gb data and unlimited voice and text lines. Whatever they tried to sell us was going to be nearly $200 a month. Total bologna. Not only that they treated us like we were aaabsolute and complete idiots lol . No surprise, they benefit from people’s lack of knowledge.

Chris was my AT&T Rep. I made clear, over and over, I wanted the Samsung Galaxy S23 256gb in Cream. He told me they were out of the cream color, stating he had two colors to pick from and that, they too, were 256 gb. So I picked the lavender color and we finished the transaction. Imagine my surprise when today, 2 days later, I go to check my phones memory and he sold me a 128 gb all while claiming it was a 256 gb. I called the store twice, first time speaking to Randy the manager. He said we could swap it out in 2 days when he gets a shipment in, but he didn't explain that there would be a $55 restocking fee! So, they are basically, wanting me to pay for HIS employees mistake! I WILL NOT do business here again. I have contacted corporate. Why work here if you know nothing about the products you're selling?!
