Not very helpful! And not willing to keep there customers happy sounds like there not worried about much at all I would look somewhere else just my opinion.

I was tired of Farm Bureau raising my insurance all of the time with 0 claims, ever. Gave Gunner a call and he saved me almost 200 a month.
