I went to Otasco on advice from a man who worked elsewhere. When I called I was told that they possibly had the part in stocks, after a phone call and looking at all the numbers on my mower I was told she had it in the store stock. I drove to Marlow from Duncan and I brought the handle the part needed to fit. Not only did Mike put the part in the handle for me but after the story of my fight to take it apart( of course it needed a star bit or screwdriver) Mike handed me one of his star driver. He said he had a lot of them. I will be getting more when I need this type of item from Otasco great people and service.

Great Compnay to work with figured out my mower in a fast and efficient time to diagnose and fix my mower. Would highly recommend to anyone as they put the customer first!! Thank you all very much for your help!

If you need small engine or lawnmower parts in general dont miss out on these guys. They may be in Marlow and a little drive out of Duncan but they are worth the extra drive. Family owned and operated they have what you need 90 percent of the time. They carry alot more than just lawnmower parts so stop in and help our local businesses out.

Don't take any warranty work to this business. We were told they could do the work on our small mower so we dropped it off. Come back to get it they charged us for the work saying 1 they didn't think it would be covered (but admitted to not even trying) and 2 said we could try but we would be on the phone for 2 hours. So it sounds like it was just too inconvenient for them. And to top it off we didn't even get a phone call telling us they were going to charge us and not the warranty but thankfully we had enough cash on us.
