“I recently discovered Napolis Gas Station while searching for a specific item(vape). Not only did they have the item I was looking for, but their selection was vast, and the prices were competitive. One product I wished for they did not have, the owner guaranteed he would get it in for me and to my amazement, two days later, it was there. The staff were knowledgeable about the product descriptions as they were informative and accurate. I was pleasantly surprised with the care they took in helping me find exactly what flavors I described and took their time to help me until I was satisfied . I’m thrilled with my purchase and will continue to shop at Napolis Gas Station for all my needs as they are a convenient one stop shop that keeps their product in stock. The owners are quick to know their customers wants and demands and supply them. They provide friendly fun conversation as you enjoy looking around as the store is always kept clean and organized. I would rate a 10/10 for product availability, product knowledge, friendliness, and overall a great quick stop experience.My only complaint is, I wish they were open 24/7.”

“I have to drive several miles further to this north loves then I do the south one which is closer to where I live. But its because of the friendly service and quality of the items I buy each morning for breakfast here . One worker is even so very kind enough to make sure my biscuit is right out of the oven when I walk in because he knows I like it that way. Kindness is rare and I like this sort of treatment even if hes not made to do it . Coffee is way better then south loves the entire store is cleaner and more better quality of staff. I go every day and will continue if this keeps going. Makes my day start out nice. And its not there fault if they run out of things its the suppliers not being able to get it to them. So dont knock them on that one as I saw another commenter did.”

“Clean, somewhat friendly, depending on day and who is working. Day time deli woman, kelly, usually singing or joking with regular customers. Older afternoon woman, Cindy i believe, has no sense of humor and will I.D. you a thousand times in a row for tobacco products, which she obviously needs to go refreshen up her knowledge of state law because I watched her hold up the line during busy hours with over 10 people waiting, to I.D. individual 2x's after going outside and coming immediately back in to retrieve a tobacco product. Very frustrating when in hurry or just grabbing a cold drink or paying for gas.”

“This was a pretty cool place. Took a road trip and stopped here for a bathroom break. The bathroom is single use, but was cleaned and stocked up (which is great for smaller gas stations). It has a drive thru like a smaller version of On-Cue. There were also plenty of hot item foods and refrigerated items. Friendly staff.”
