Three months of waiting for a motorcycle to be painted just to have the paint start failing in less than two.I was initially pleased with the work performed by DNS but that quickly changed when the paint started chipping off in less than200 miles (1 ride and 2 fuel stops). For clarification, the chip are in an area that road debris and bugs cannot hit,nor can much else since it's top facing and covered by the fuel tank. I immediately returned to DNS to havethe chipped part repaired.Fast forward another month and I pull my bike out of the garage for the first time since the initial chip.Upon pulling the gas cap off I notice that the paint is peeling in that area as well. For clarification, afterhaving the bike painted and before filling the tank for the first time I had bought a new OEM gas cap. I'malso very careful when filling up my bikes and never completely fill up the tank. DNS had told me that theyprep gas tanks in a specific way to prevent peeling in this area. Obviously, this did not happen.I brought my peeling tank and another panel that was now chipping back to DNS. My first panel that wasreturned about a month prior was still sitting on the desk, collecting dust. No work had begun on the repair. We went outside to look over the other chipping/peeling parts and discuss options available for repair. I was told that "This paint is going to chip because of how it is done" and "You can get a razor blade to cut the peeling paint off".Paying for a custom paint job and having it start to peel and chip within 2 months is not acceptable.Services: Body & Trim

Never been treated so bad!! Very Unprofessional!! I'm a preacher at a small church and took my car to D-N-S after it was wrecked. I Just asked a few simple questions about my car and what needed to be done since there was problems with the frame. I was yelled at. then told they would put my keys in the car for me to come get without even explaining why he got so angry. He left my car with the keys in it for half a day out in front by the road without anyone there until I could make it into town late that night to pick it up. I never got an answer. He just blew up then hung up. Guy has some serious anger issues and I don't say that lightly. Maybe he was having a bad day but I would still say please use caution before using this body shop.
