This is a really great, simple, cozy little place. My mom and i are currently staying here as I visit her. They are dog friendly and only $10 a night per dog. The owners keep the place clean. They are so kind. They have a microwave and a fridge. They also have an end table and a dresser for your clothes. There's also a desk in the room. A TV is mounted to the wall. For the price. You cannot get anything better. And especially with them being dog friendly... Good luck finding a dog friendly place around these parts that isn't either expensive or they just simply don't take dogs. But this place does and I've enjoyed staying here. So has my little fella. And my mom.

We didn't get much, for any new towels or pillows we had to literally take our cold, wet towels up to the front desk to get more!

I stayed here during the recent snow storm and found the room to be VERY clean. The bed was clean and comfortable however I brought my own pillow as I always do. There was plenty of hot water. The air conditioner/ heater kept the small room very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the owners!

Very rude. Not pet friendly. When we pulled in they stated no rooms available, even though place looked empty. We were moving from Alabama to Oklahoma. We ended up having to drive to Duncan and pay 3 times more. It is great location to Rush Springs, so disappointed they had no rooms available.

Very nasty, and I work for a very nice hotel. This place is not worth it. Will never be back. Holes everywhere looks like they don't clean anything holes in what is supposed to be clean sheets and towels. Do not waste your time or money on this motel it's nasty as bugs staff is rude and lies never change your trash out or gives you up to standard towels or sheets had no toilet paper when checked in. Not kid friendly or pet friendly no one deserves to stay in something so nasty differently not your babies.

Wonderful little family-owned hotel in the middle of nowhere north of Duncan Oklahoma beds are very nice good water pressure nice AC if you call in advance they were actually turn the AC on in your room before you get there.Very reasonably priced

This was the worst place in the entire country! Nothing in our room worked so we called the desk to ask for a room that was working. We were told to come get our money and leave if we didn't like it. We gathered our bags back up and when we got to the desk, the woman became belligerent and called the police! Middle of the night on thanksgiving and all we wanted was a decent room and to go to sleep, instead we had to wait an hour, in the cold, to get our money then drive another 2 hours to get home.

Decent price, but u get what u pay for. Bed was ok, a little stiff. However, the pillows were so flat, even if u folded them over, it wasn't enough. Also found a roach on the sink. Lady in the office was quite respectful and pleasant.
