ONLY LOCALS RECIEVE GOOD HELP. OUTSIDERS ARE NOT WELCOME AND WILL RECIEVE POOR SERVICE TO PREVENT THEM FROM RETURNING. SO DONT EVEN STOP. JUST KEEP DRIVING.
