The internet has been messing up for months then it went completely down they had to replace the lines. I pay way too much for internet that only works half the time. Had the supervisor say that they would credit me for three months then turned around and said I need to pay next month and the only credit me for one month.

Ownership seems to care about and respect its employees and customers prices are kinda high, but speeds are constant most of the time nd the techs are great. Earned my respect as a hard-core gamer

Since they are dropping TV service , I went to a streaming service. I called and asked that they upgrade service to 1 Gig, every since I did the internet is slower. Speed test this morning PING 3 MS DOWNLOAD 48.3 jitter 4 ms and upload 39.9 mbps I have since called 3 times to get this fixed. I was told they should be able to do this from the office 1st time, and that did not work. It just got slower. They said they would send a technician out Saturday so waited all day , then when I called on that , they said oh he won't come out on Saturday, Then Monday they show up at the house, no one home hello no communication to let us know when you will be there. We work so not home. I called this morning and he said oh they will be there today, My husband is home and no one showed up again. Such poor customer service.
